SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Shippensburg police said they arrested a man after he broke into his ex-girlfriend's home early Thursday.

James Michael Jones, 22, of Oxford, crawled through a window in the 300 block of E. Burd Street, went into the woman's bedroom and threatened to beat her new boyfriend, police said.

Jones was still in the residence when officers arrived shortly before 2 a.m., so he was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal trespass and harassment, police said.
